The ref. 6595 was the first model Blancpain released during their renaissance, featuring a complete calendar moonphase movement and setting the record for the smallest movement of its kind in history. This example dates to the very beginning of production (No. 8). It’s simply gorgeous: the dial has taken on a cream hue, featuring a Roman numeral hour-marker ring, pointer date, day and month windows at 12 o’clock, and a moonphase window at 6 o’clock, finished with beautiful gold leaf hands.
